Karachi: PTCL Group, the leading telecommunication provider in Pakistan, has announced a strategic partnership with CEQUENS, a global leader in customer engagement solutions, to introduce Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) for enterprises across the country.
The partnership was formalized during a signing ceremony at GITEX Global 2025 in Dubai. Asif Ahmad, Group Chief Business Solutions Officer at PTCL and Ufone 4G, and Nermeen Sobhy, Senior Vice President of Carrier Relations and Wholesale at CEQUENS, signed the agreement. Key figures present included Syed Atif Raza, Group Chief Commercial Officer at PTCL and Ufone 4G, and Karim Khorshed, CEO of CEQUENS, along with senior management from both companies.
The collaboration aims to provide businesses with a comprehensive suite of communication tools, enhancing customer engagement through channels like SMS, voice, and WhatsApp. By combining CEQUENS’ global expertise and PTCL Group’s extensive network, the initiative seeks to enhance market capabilities and drive digital transformation for enterprises in Pakistan.
