Punjab Closes Schools Till Nov 17 Amid Smog Alert.

Lahore: Punjab government has announced the closure of schools from primary level to higher secondary schools in Lahore, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, and Multan divisions until the 17th of this month due to intense smog conditions.

According to Radio Pakistan, Senior Minister of Punjab Marriyum Aurangzeb, speaking at a press conference in Lahore, stated that schools will arrange online classes during this period. She also mentioned that the Punjab government has mandated the wearing of masks to ensure public safety amidst the prevailing smog.
