Punjab CM Announces Increased Honhaar Scholarship for Students

Sialkot: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has announced an increase in the Honhaar Scholarship, raising the amount to fifty thousand in the next fiscal year budget. She shared this development while addressing a Honhaar Scholarship distribution ceremony at Government College Women University in Sialkot today.

According to Radio Pakistan, Maryam Nawaz also revealed plans to provide laptops to all students who secure over sixty-five percent marks. She emphasized that Honhaar Scholarships will be awarded to second and third-year students based on merit, ensuring fair distribution without any discrimination.

Furthermore, Maryam Nawaz informed the attendees that one hundred thousand E-bikes will be distributed to students, enhancing their mobility and access to education.
