Punjab CM Approves Ration Card Program for Current Fiscal Year

Islamabad: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has approved the Ration Card Program for the current fiscal year. Chairing a meeting in Lahore, she stated that the number of registered workers will be further increased.

According to Radio Pakistan, the meeting was informed that over 1.2 million registered workers have already received financial assistance worth twenty-eight billion rupees. The Chief Minister also announced that the government would provide further assistance worth 43.2 billion rupees during the current fiscal year.
