Punjab CM Inaugurates Mobile Police Station & Licensing Unit Project

Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif inaugurated the Mobile Police Station and Licensing Unit Project in Lahore today. For the first time, citizens will be able to register First Information Reports (FIRs) at the mobile police station.

According to Radio Pakistan, the facility will also provide issuance and renewal of driving licenses, including learner, regular, international, and women-specific licenses. On this occasion, the Chief Minister handed over the keys of the mobile police stations and licensing units to the officers concerned.

Maryam Nawaz Sharif also directed the staff to adopt a compassionate attitude towards the public.
