Punjab CM Orders Emergency Measures Amid Worsening Flood Situation in Gujrat

Gujrat: In Gujrat, the situation is worsening as floodwater entered in the city from Loriyan and Bhimber side. Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif directed for emergency measures to cope with the situation.

According to Radio Pakistan, the district administration also launched the Chief Minister’s Clinic on Boat to provide healthcare facilities in flood-affected areas. The initiative is being implemented through joint teams of the District Health Authority and Rescue 1122.
