Punjab Declares 2024 as Its Most Successful Year Amid Extensive Public Projects

Lahore: Punjab Information Minister Azma Bokhari has announced that 2024 has marked the most successful year in the history of the province, with over 77 public relief projects initiated and more than 50 already completed. The projects, launched by Maryam Nawaz, were funded entirely with Punjab’s own resources, emphasizing a focus on development, prosperity, and relief across all societal segments.

According to Chief Minister of Punjab, the initiatives have provided support to students, farmers, women, and youth, as well as introduced relief packages for minorities for the first time in the region’s history. Bokhari accused previous administrations of misusing Punjab’s resources over the past four years, but noted that Maryam Nawaz has addressed these issues, improving the standard of living and increasing her popularity. The Information Minister expressed optimism that Punjab’s development trajectory will persist over the next five years.
