Punjab Govt Signs Agricultural Equipment Assembly Agreement with China

Islamabad: Punjab Industries, Commerce and Investment Department has signed a cooperation agreement with Hunan Nongyou Machinery Group to establish an agricultural equipment assembly and manufacturing plant in Punjab. The agreement was reached during the visit of Punjab Minister for Industries and Commerce Chaudhry Shafay Hussain to Hunan Province, China.

According to Radio Pakistan, under the agreement, the Punjab government will provide all necessary facilities to the Chinese investors. President of Hunan Nongyou Machinery Group Liu Ruqiao emphasized the need for enhanced cooperation in the agricultural machinery sector.
