Punjab govt to equip police with body cameras

Punjab government has initiated the process of equipping police personnel with body cameras.

The initiative has been taken under the instructions of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz.

Punjab Home Department has issued a notification in this regard.

The new system will cover officers from the operations, investigation, and traffic wings of the police department.
