Punjab Makes Green Property Certificate Mandatory for Property Transactions

Lahore: The Punjab government has made the Green Property Certificate mandatory for all land and property transactions across the province from today.

According to Radio Pakistan, under the new system, the Punjab Land Records Authority will verify property ownership and possession before issuing the certificate, which costs 950 rupees.
