Punjab Public Service Commission Announces Tender for Consumable Office Supplies

Lahore: The Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) has issued a tender notice for the procurement of various consumable office items such as air fresheners, tissue paper, and dusters. The tender, listed as Notice No.04/2024-25, aims to address the needs for everyday office supplies at its headquarters on the third floor of LDA Plaza, Egerton Road.

According to Public Service Commission Punjab, the total estimated cost for the items stands at Rs.2,900,000, with bidding security set at 2% of the total bid price. The bidding process is structured under the Single Stage – One Envelope procedure, as mandated by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. This procurement strategy is intended to streamline the bidding process while ensuring transparency and compliance with governmental regulations.

The bidding documents are available immediately and can be accessed and submitted through the E-PADS website, with a bid submission deadline set for September 30, 2024, at 11:00 A.M., and the bids will be opened on the same day at 12:15 P.M. The successful bidder will be responsible for supplying and delivering the specified items to the PPSC office.
