KARACHI: Quetta Textile Mills Limited has announced the scheduling of its 64th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for shareholders, set to take place on October 28, 2024. The meeting aims to discuss pivotal company matters and approve annual financial statements.

The AGM, convened a year after the previous meeting held on October 27, 2023, will start by confirming the minutes of the last year’s gathering. Subsequently, shareholders will review the Audited Financial Statement for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024. This review will include comprehensive reports from the Auditors, the Chairman, and the Directors.
