Rahim Hayat, Alexander Winterstein Discuss Pakistan-EU Cooperation on Migration Management

Brussels: Pakistan’s Ambassador to European Union, Belgium and Luxembourg Rahim Hayat Qureshi met the Head of Cabinet to the EU Commissioner for Migration and Internal Affairs Alexander Winterstein. They discussed Pakistan-EU cooperation on migration management, legal pathways, talent mobility, and cooperation under the Migration and Mobility Dialogue.

According to Radio Pakistan, the meeting focused on enhancing collaboration between Pakistan and the EU to address migration challenges. Both parties emphasized the importance of establishing legal pathways and facilitating talent mobility to strengthen bilateral ties. The discussions aimed at improving the existing frameworks under the Migration and Mobility Dialogue, ensuring mutual benefits for both regions.
