Railways Minister Orders Swift Implementation of Track Recommendations

Lahore:Minister for Railways Muhammad Hanif Abbasi has instructed all divisional superintendents to implement recommendations concerning railway tracks by the 20th of next month.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Minister chaired a meeting in Lahore on Sunday, during which he also emphasized the timely completion of ongoing development projects across the railway divisions.

Abbasi took strict notice of overloading at railway weighbridges, directing that immediate action be taken on any complaints regarding overloading.

He expressed satisfaction with Pakistan Railways’ earnings of twenty-six billion rupees during the first quarter and commended the administration for its performance.
