Rain-Wind and Thundershower to Hit Kashmir, ICT, Punjab, and KP

Islamabad: Rain-wind and thundershower are anticipated in Kashmir, Islamabad, Upper Punjab, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa over the next twelve hours. There is also a possibility of heavy falls occurring at isolated places during this period.

According to Radio Pakistan, isolated rain, wind, and thundershower are expected to extend into central and south Punjab, southeastern Sindh, and northeast and south Balochistan. This weather activity is likely to bring a temporary respite from the prevailing temperatures in these regions.

The temperatures recorded in some major cities this morning were as follows: Islamabad and Quetta both registered twenty-seven degrees centigrade, Lahore thirty-one, Karachi thirty, Peshawar twenty-eight, Gilgit twenty-two, Murree eighteen, and Muzaffarabad twenty-five degrees centigrade.

In Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the forecast predicts partly cloudy weather with chances of rain, wind, and thundershower in Srinagar, Jammu, Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, and Baramula. The morning temperatures in these areas were recorded as follows: Srinagar twenty degrees centigrade, Jammu twenty-eight, Leh ten, Pulwama nineteen, Anantnag twenty-one, Shopian seventeen, and Baramula twenty-three degrees centigrade.
