Rain-Wind/Thundershower Expected in Upper Parts

Islamabad: Rain-wind/thundershower is expected in upper and central Punjab, Islamabad, Kashmir, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Gilgit-Baltistan, with heavy rainfall anticipated at a few locations during the next twelve hours.

According to Radio Pakistan, hot and humid weather is likely to persist in other parts of the country. The temperature of major cities recorded this morning includes Islamabad and Muzaffarabad at twenty-two degrees, Lahore at thirty, Karachi at twenty-seven, Peshawar at twenty-eight, Quetta at twenty-three, Gilgit at twenty-five, and Murree at sixteen-degree centigrade.

In Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the weather forecast predicts partly cloudy conditions in Srinagar, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, and Baramula. There are chances of rain wind and thundershower in Jammu, while Leh is expected to experience partly cloudy and dry weather. The temperature recorded this morning was nineteen degrees centigrade in Pulwama, Shopian, and Baramula, twenty-six in Jammu, ten in Leh, and twen
ty degrees centigrade in Srinagar and Anantnag.
