The meeting aims to discuss and potentially approve a Scheme of Arrangement proposed by the Board of Directors. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), this meeting is a critical step in the company’s restructuring efforts.

The court-ordered meeting is a response to Judicial Miscellaneous Petition No. 20 of 2024, directing shareholders to review and vote on the proposed Scheme of Arrangement.
