Relief Operations Started in Earthquake-Hit Area of Kangri, Balochistan

Islamabad: In Balochistan, the Musakhel district administration has started emergency relief operations in the earthquake-affected areas of Tehsil Kangri to provide health facilities and other basic amenities to victims.

According to Radio Pakistan, Deputy Commissioner of Musakhel Abdul Razaq Khan Khajak stated that the rehabilitation of the victims, provision of medical facilities, and compensation for losses is the top priority of the Balochistan government. Relief teams are on alert in the affected areas of Kangri, providing uninterrupted medical assistance, food, and tents to the victims.

The Deputy Commissioner also highlighted that the district administration has mobilized relevant staff in the field to assess the damage to the affected houses and infrastructure.
