Karachi: Roshan Packages Limited has announced a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for October 30, 2024, at its head office in Lahore. The meeting will focus on the first-quarter financial performance of the company.

The board will review the financial statements for the quarter ending September 30, 2024. The agenda also includes the examination of the Director’s Report related to the same period.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company has designated a closed period from October 23 to October 30, 2024, during which directors, the CEO, and other executives are prohibited from trading company shares. This compliance measure aligns with clause 5.19.5 of the PSX Rule Book to ensure transparency and fair dealing ahead of the financial disclosures.
