Russian Deputy PM Alexei Overchuk to Visit Pakistan for Bilateral Talks

Islamabad: Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Alexei Overchuk, is scheduled for a two-day visit to Pakistan starting Wednesday. He will engage in high-level discussions with Pakistan’s top officials, including the President, the Prime Minister, and the Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Foreign Office Spokesperson Mumtaz Zahra Baloch highlighted the visit as a reflection of the strong, multifaceted cooperation between Pakistan and Russia. The partnership, characterized by goodwill, amity, and trust, encompasses areas such as trade, energy, and connectivity.
