Russian Envoy Lauds Pakistan’s Neutrality in Ukraine Conflict

Islamabad: Ambassador of Russia to Pakistan, Albert P. Khorev, expressed Russia’s high appreciation for the efforts of the Global South, including friendly countries, to find a non-military solution to the Ukrainian conflict.

According to Radio Pakistan, during a news conference at the Russian Embassy in Islamabad, Khorev noted that countries such as China, Brazil, and several African states have already shown a deep understanding of the Ukrainian crisis’s causes, its geopolitical significance, and the necessity to consider Russia’s interests.

Khorev extended his gratitude to the political and military leadership of Pakistan for maintaining a consistent position of neutrality regarding the ongoing conflict in Ukraine.
