Karachi: Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development Chaudhry Salik Hussain held a meeting with Chief Minister Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah in Karachi today. The discussion focused on issues related to overseas Pakistanis and human resource development.
According to Radio Pakistan, the meeting addressed the transfer of Employees’ Old-Age Benefits Institution (EOBI) and Workers Welfare Funds to the provinces. Chaudhry Salik Hussain assured that the issue would be resolved through mutual consultation.
It was determined in the meeting that coordination between the federal and provincial governments will be increased to address the challenges faced by workers.
