Sarpanch, minor student killed in IHK

Srinagar, April 09, 2013 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, unidentified gunmen have killed a worker of pro-India National Conference and a class-three student in Pulwama and Doda districts.

The 50-year-old NC worker and village head (Sarpanch), Ghulam Mohammad Lone, was fired upon by gunmen near his house at Koulpora, Lassipora in Pulwama district. Lone received serious injuries and was removed to a nearby hospital where the doctors pronounced him brought dead, a police official told media men.

On the other hand, an 11-year old student, Tauseef Ahmad, was killed by unknown persons when he was returning from his school at Beoli in Doda.
