Lahore: Sazgar Engineering Works Limited has scheduled a board meeting on September 23, 2024, to review the annual accounts for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024, and to consider potential entitlements. The meeting will take place in Lahore, as stated by the company.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company has also declared a closed period from September 13 to September 23, 2024, in compliance with PSX Regulation 5.6.1(d). During this time, directors, the CEO, and executives are prohibited from dealing in company shares, either directly or indirectly.

This announcement aims to keep the certificate holders of the exchange informed of the critical dates and regulations affecting share dealings during the closed period.
