SC, China Sign MoU on Judicial Exchange & Cooperation

Islamabad: The Supreme Courts of Pakistan and China have signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Judicial Exchange and Cooperation. The MoU was signed by Chief Justice of Pakistan, Justice Yahya Afridi, and Chief Justice and President of the Supreme People’s Court of China, Justice Zhang Jun.

According to Radio Pakistan, this collaboration aims to promote mutual understanding of judicial systems between the two nations. The agreement will facilitate cooperation in areas such as artificial intelligence, cybercrime, and international trade law.
