Search and Combing Operations Continue in Quetta: Shahid Rind

Quetta: Balochistan Chief Minister’s spokesperson Shahid Rind has affirmed that search and combing operations targeting terrorists are ongoing in Quetta. He conveyed this during a news conference held in the city.

According to Radio Pakistan, Shahid Rind highlighted that approximately one hundred suspects have been apprehended amid the ongoing operations, with investigations currently in progress. He also mentioned that the process of identifying the deceased terrorists is underway.

The spokesperson appealed to the public, urging those with family members involved in terrorist activities to notify security agencies, district administration, or political representatives. He cautioned that failure to cooperate could result in actions against the families involved.

Shahid Rind assured that secondary school examinations in Quetta will proceed as scheduled, and the ongoing polio campaign will not be disrupted. He further noted that all national highways across the province have been cleared, with the exception of the Naushki area, which is expected to be cleared within the next 12 to 24 hours.
