Section 144 Enforced in Federal Capital, Islamabad: Gatherings Deemed Illegal

Islamabad: Section 144 has been enforced in the federal capital, rendering all types of gatherings illegal. In a social media post, Deputy Commissioner Islamabad Irfan Nawaz Memon urged citizens to refrain from participating in any gatherings or protests.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Deputy Commissioner emphasized that strict legal action will be taken against any protest, demonstration, or gathering. This measure is part of efforts to maintain public order and safety within the city.

In addition, Islamabad Police has announced that all roads leading to the Red Zone have been completely closed. Citizens are advised against traveling toward the Red Zone to ensure compliance with the new regulations.
