South Waziristan: Four individuals identified as Khwarij were killed during an intelligence-based operation conducted by security forces in the Sarwakai area of South Waziristan District in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the operation was initiated based on reports of Khwarij presence in the area. The location of the Khwarij was effectively engaged by the troops, resulting in the elimination of four targets.
A sanitization operation is currently underway to ensure that no other Khwarij remain in the area. The Security Forces of Pakistan have reiterated their commitment to eradicating terrorism from the country.
