Security Forces Eliminate 45-50 Khawarij in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Operation

Islamabad: In a significant operation, security forces in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have successfully eliminated 45 to 50 members of the Khawarij group in the Mohmand district.

According to Radio Pakistan, these individuals were attempting to infiltrate Pakistan, exploiting a ceasefire period. The sources revealed that the Khawarij had crossed over from Afghanistan with the intention of executing terrorist activities within Pakistan.

The operation also resulted in several Khawarij being injured. The sources indicated that the operation was intelligence-driven and specifically targeted a large “tashkeel” of the group.

The Pakistan Army has secured the area, and a comprehensive clearance operation is currently in progress.
