Security Forces Neutralize 13 Militants in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: Security forces have killed thirteen Khwarij in five separate engagements in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

According to Radio Pakistan, on reported presence of Khwarij, an intelligence-based operation was conducted by security forces in Khulachi area of Dera Ismail Khan District. During the conduct of operation, own troops effectively engaged the Khwarij location and killed five Khwarij.

In two separate encounters in North Waziristan District, fire exchange took place between the security forces in Dosali and Tappi areas. Resultantly, five Khwarij were killed by the security forces.

In another encounter that took place in Lakki Marwat District, security forces killed two Khwarij. During an engagement in Bagh area of Khyber District, own troops effectively killed one more Khariji.

Weapons and ammunition were also recovered from the killed Khwarij, who remained actively involved in numerous terrorist activities against the security forces as well as killing of innocent civilians. Sanitization operations are being conducted to eliminate any other Kharji found in the area.

The security forces of Pakistan are determined to wipe out the menace of terrorism from the country.
