Security Forces Successfully Neutralize 37 Khawarij Militants in Mohmand and North Waziristan

Mohmand: Security forces effectively eliminated 37 Khawarij militants in operations conducted in Mohmand and North Waziristan. Thirty of these militants were killed in a strategic action by the Pakistan Army in Mohmand.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Pakistan Army successfully thwarted an attempt by the Afghan Taliban to infiltrate a large militant group into Mohmand with assistance from the Khawarij. This group aimed to infiltrate from the border area of Turkmanzai in Mohmand to execute acts of terrorism. The infiltration attempt was unsuccessful as the Pakistan Army responded strongly, forcing the militants to retreat.

The operation in Mohmand is ongoing, with reports indicating that additional Khawarij militants are being neutralized.

In a separate operation, Pakistan Army forces killed seven Khawarij militants in the Abakhel area of North Waziristan. Security sources indicated that these militants were planning a terrorist attack in the area.
