Azad kashmir: The Azad Kashmir Police have confirmed that the security situation in the region is under control following recent protests.
According to Radio Pakistan, Azad Kashmir Police Public Relations, during the protests between the 6th and 14th of this month, around 89 individuals, including police personnel, sustained injuries. These individuals are currently receiving treatment at CMH and local hospitals.
A total of 81 cases have been registered at various police stations throughout Azad Kashmir, with 425 individuals arrested in connection to the clashes.
The Azad Kashmir Police have urged the public to remain calm and peaceful. In the event of any suspicious activity or emergency, residents are encouraged to contact the nearest police station or utilize the helpline immediately.
