Islamabad: The Upper House today passed four significant bills. These include ‘The Qanun-e-Shahadat (Amendment) Bill, 2025’, ‘The King Hamad University of Nursing and Associated Medical Sciences Bill, 2025’, ‘The Daanish Schools Authority Bill, 2025’, and ‘The Asaan Karobar Bill, 2025.’
According to Radio Pakistan, the Senate also extended ‘The Virtual Assets Ordinance, 2025’ for an additional period of one hundred and twenty days starting from 5th November, 2025. In addition to these legislative actions, ‘the Frontier Constabulary (Re-organization) Ordinance, 2025’ was laid before the Senate for consideration.
