SG Allied Businesses Limited Arranges Video Conference Facility for Upcoming AGM

Karachi: SG Allied Businesses Limited has announced an addendum to the notice of its Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for October 28, 2024, at Karachi. The company has introduced a video conferencing facility to allow shareholders to participate in the AGM proceedings remotely.

Members and their proxies intending to attend the AGM via video link must register by sending their particulars to a designated email. In their registration, they are required to provide their name, folio number, number of shares held, and a valid copy of their CNIC or passport. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), this initiative aims to ensure broader participation from shareholders who may not be able to attend in person.

Shareholders are encouraged to complete their registrations before the AGM to receive the video link and login credentials for the virtual meeting.
