Shafay Invites Uzbek Investors to Explore Joint Ventures in Key Sectors

Lahore: A delegation of Uzbekistan led by Speaker of the Legislative Chamber of Oliy Majlis, Nuriddin Ismoilov, called on Punjab Minister for Industries Chaudhry Shafay Hussain in Lahore today. During the meeting, they agreed on enhancing trade cooperation and bilateral investment between Punjab and Uzbekistan.

According to Radio Pakistan, Chaudhry Shafay Hussain highlighted vast opportunities for foreign investors in Punjab’s Special Economic Zones, industrial estates, and new projects such as Surgical City, Garment City, and Pharmaceutical Valley. He invited Uzbek investors to explore joint ventures in agriculture, tourism, energy, and the electric vehicle sector.
