Shaheen Chowk Underpass Formally Opened for Traffic

Islamabad: Shaheen Chowk Underpass in Islamabad has formally been opened for traffic. Speaking on the occasion in the federal capital today, Interior Minister Syed Mohsin Naqvi stated that the formal inauguration of the underpass project will be performed by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.

According to Radio Pakistan, several development projects were completed in the Islamabad Capital Territory during the current year. Syed Mohsin Naqvi expressed confidence that the number of such projects will be doubled next year.

Responding to a question, Syed Mohsin Naqvi mentioned that the administration is working on the construction of seven to eight cricket grounds, while a grand cricket stadium will also be established in the federal capital. Replying to another question, he added that the top 25 restaurant brands of Pakistan are set to open their branches in Islamabad.
