Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif expressed his grief over the death of Prince Karim Aga Khan, acknowledging his vision, faith, and philanthropy. Sharif’s tribute was made on his X handle, highlighting the prince’s contributions to global communities.

According to a statement by Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar also mourned the prince’s passing. Dar emphasized Prince Karim Aga Khan’s philanthropic efforts and his strong connection to Pakistan.

Sharif remarked on the prince’s legacy in various fields, including poverty alleviation, healthcare, and gender equality. He noted that the prince’s work transcended borders and left a lasting impact on marginalized communities.

In addition to his tribute to Prince Karim Aga Khan, Sharif expressed sorrow over a tragic school shooting in Orebro, Sweden. He conveyed his condolences to the victims and their families, emphasizing solidarity during this difficult time.
