Islamabad: Special Investment Facilitation Council’s effective strategy is leading to promotion of innovation and investment in the Pharmaceutical industry. Pakistan Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association has expressed gratitude to SIFC for support in amendments to the Drugs Act.
According to Radio Pakistan, the new amendments will help align regulatory reforms with international standards. The amendments are expected to ensure uninterrupted availability of essential medicines. An increase in the production of advanced medicines and foreign investment in the pharmaceutical industry is anticipated.
