Lahore: There is significant progress in the energy sector due to the support of Special Investment Facilitation Council. Oil and Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL) has commenced oil and gas production in the Lakki Marwat district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
According to Radio Pakistan, the inclusion of gas in the SNGPL network will help stabilize the national energy supply. It is expected that the newly discovered well will produce 8.5 million cubic feet of gas and 610 barrels of oil per day.
