Sindh and Gilgit-Baltistan Governors Discuss Inter-Provincial Development Initiatives

Karachi: Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tesori recently met with Gilgit-Baltistan Governor Syed Mehdi Shah at the Governor’s House to discuss the role of the federation in provincial development, public welfare projects, and other relevant matters. The meeting highlighted the importance of federal involvement in addressing public issues and fostering inter-provincial coordination.

According to Sindh Governor House, Governor Tesori emphasized that the exchange of delegations signifies a promising future for inter-provincial collaboration. He noted the significant role of the federation in provincial development, with federally funded projects being crucial in tackling public challenges. Additionally, he acknowledged the federal government’s interest in Karachi as the economic center.

Governor Shah of Gilgit-Baltistan expressed appreciation for the federation’s ongoing cooperation in his region. He remarked on the value of ongoing projects under the Governor’s Initiative, describing them as worthy of emulation.
