Sindh Government Announces Special Train Service for Independence Day and Marka-e-Haq

Karachi: The Sindh government has announced plans to operate a special train service to commemorate Independence Day and the Marka-e-Haq celebrations on the 13th and 14th of this month. The initiative was decided upon during a meeting led by Provincial Minister for Culture and Tourism Syed Zulfiqar Ali Shah in Karachi.

According to Radio Pakistan, the special train will depart from Karachi Cantt Station on August 13 and make its way to Chhor Cantt Umerkot by the evening. The return journey to Karachi is scheduled for August 14, with stops at Zero Point Tharparkar, Karachi, Hyderabad, Mirpurkhas, and Umerkot.

In addition to the train service, a musical event has been planned at Parchi Ji Veri to further celebrate Independence Day.
