Sindh Government to Distribute Free Pink Electric Scooters to Women on Sunday

Karachi: The Sindh government is set to host a ceremony tomorrow for the distribution of free pink electric scooters to women. This initiative is aimed at providing women with a safer, independent, and environmentally friendly mode of transportation.

According to Radio Pakistan, Sindh Senior Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon emphasized that the objective of this initiative is to empower women and facilitate easier travel. The selected women will receive electric scooters, along with road safety guidance and training on how to ride them.

Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon highlighted that the Pink Electric Scooters Program is a step towards promoting women’s empowerment across the region. By offering these scooters, the government seeks to address the transportation challenges faced by women, thereby making daily commutes more convenient and secure.
