Islamabad: Chairman Pakistan People’s Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari says that best and free health services are being provided to people in Sindh province. He stated this while addressing the inauguration ceremony of the new OPD at the National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases in Karachi today.
According to Radio Pakistan, Bilawal emphasized that the network of the institute has been expanded at the district level.
