Speaker Calls for National Consensus to Tackle Water Crisis

Islamabad: Speaker of National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq has emphasized the need for national consensus and a long-term strategy to address Pakistan’s water challenges, as he addressed a Parliamentary Seminar on Water Governance in Islamabad.

According to Radio Pakistan, Ayaz Sadiq highlighted India’s suspension of the Indus Waters Treaty as a clear violation of international law.
