Steps Taken Against Illegal Cigarette Production: Bilal

Islamabad: Minister of State for Finance Bilal Azhar Kayani has announced that measures have been implemented to curb illegal cigarette production. Speaking at an event in Islamabad, he emphasized that raids have been conducted on factories involved in the illicit production of cigarettes.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Minister of State highlighted that both federal and provincial governments are working in coordination to prevent the sale of illegal cigarette brands at the retail level. The collaborative efforts aim to address the issue comprehensively and ensure compliance with the law across all regions.
