Narowal: Minister for Planning and Development, Ahsan Iqbal has emphasized that continuity of policies and structural reforms are crucial for the growth of the national economy. While speaking to the media in Narowal, he highlighted the significance of consistent policy frameworks and structural adjustments to propel economic development forward.

According to Radio Pakistan, Ahsan Iqbal pointed out that Pakistan ranks as the lowest tax-paying country globally. He underscored the importance of every citizen contributing their fair share by paying taxes on their income. He also called upon tax-paying citizens to take an active role in monitoring and curbing tax evasion, thereby promoting a culture of accountability.

Furthermore, Ahsan Iqbal advocated for equipping the economy with modern foundations by harnessing advanced technology. He stressed that integrating technology into economic structures could provide the necessary impetus for sustainable growth and development in the country.
