Students’ Delegation Tours Green Pakistan Initiative Projects in Cholistan

Islamabad: A delegation of students from Bahawalpur Division visited various ongoing projects in Cholistan under the Green Pakistan Initiative, as part of the Army Youth Engagement Program.

According to Radio Pakistan, the students had the opportunity to closely observe tree plantation sites, modern irrigation systems, and eco-friendly development projects. These initiatives aim to promote environmental sustainability and address ecological challenges in the region.

During the visit, the students interacted with local experts to gain insights into the technical and environmental aspects of the projects. This interaction provided the students with a deeper understanding of the critical importance of these initiatives.

The participants expressed that these projects are significant steps toward a greener and more sustainable future for Pakistan, highlighting the potential positive impact on the environment and local communities.
