Islamabad: Minister for Commerce Jam Kamal Khan highlighted the critical role of a strong export base in ensuring the success of Pakistan’s economy. He made these remarks while presiding over a high-level meeting focused on reviewing the country’s quarterly trade figures. The meeting, held in Islamabad, provided insights into the latest trends in international trade and explored strategies to enhance exports.

According to Radio Pakistan, Kamal underscored that establishing a strong export base requires dedicated commitment and collaborative efforts from all relevant stakeholders, including provincial authorities and pertinent departments. He praised the efforts of commerce officers and stressed the significant role the Ministry of Commerce plays in promoting the Prime Minister’s vision for an export-led growth strategy.
