Summary Pertained to Shahzaib murder case dispatched as Perr Rules: Spokesman For Chief Secretary

Karachi, September 11, 2013 (PPI-OT): A Spokesman for Chief Secretary has denied a news item appeared in a section of press including few T.V. Channels, whereby it has allegedly been reported that a summary pertained to Shahzaib Murder Case was wrongly dispatched to the President House by the Chief Secretary Sindh.

Spokesman clarified that the summary under reference was forwarded to the Chief Minister Sindh, in accordance with the rules, regulation and legal procedure, as well as vetting and consultation was also accorded through Law Department and Advocate General Sindh. Thus, the Spokesman elucidated that the news regarding transmitting the summary to President House is baseless and beyond the facts, while it was necessary that facts should have been ascertained prior to bring out any news, to this effect.
