SUPARCO to Launch New Remote Sensing Satellite Tomorrow

Islamabad: Pakistan Space and Upper Atmosphere Research Commission will launch a new Remote Sensing Satellite tomorrow. The satellite will be launched from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center in China and is equipped with advanced imaging technology designed to serve a wide range of national priorities.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Pakistan Remote Sensing Satellite is expected to play a critical role in addressing pressing domestic challenges such as floods, landslides, glacier melt, and deforestation. It will also contribute to geospatial mapping and infrastructure development.

Pakistan reaffirms its resolve to harness space technology for national progress, sustainable development, and global recognition. This launch marks a significant milestone in the nation’s journey from aspiration to achievement.
